They come with a strap and buckle to attach them to your belt. These waterproof chaps are ideal for those kids who like to play in the water and mud. The material in these chaps will not absorb moisture like cotton. Just make sure you rinse the mud off before Mom finds them in her washer or you will be in trouble. Made in USA
