DAN’S HUNTING GEAR FROGLEGS are constructed using an outer layer of stout material that is lined with very water repellent nylon to help stop any moisture that gets through the outerlayer, plus they easily turn briars. The nylon goes all the way down to the lower ankle of the boot, providing the boots and your legs with protection from sharp sticks and briars. They are carefully made, and then sewn and sealed to the boots of your choice. DAN’S HUNTING GEAR FROGLEGS can be attached to your belt using the adjustable straps, or foldeddown and snapped at your knees using the snaps in the leggins and the boots.

How to Measure To determine the size you need, measure over your jeans around the largest part of your leg at the upper thigh then add 2" or 3" to that measurement. For the inseam go 2" to 3" shorter than your normal inseam: We recommend 3" shorter. If you’re between sizes, most folks choose the short length.

No others come close in comparison
I’ve owned quite a few pairs of hip waders, and nothing compares to these. I live in Maryland and spend a lot of time in the marshes of the Eastern shore, chasing sika deer. This is a tough environment, walking through the phragmites, thigh deep water, mud, and briar patches. My hip waders usually last me a season before they develop holes, if I’m lucky. Not to mention they are uncomfortable and never seem to fit how you want them to. These frog legs are the answer. I used them for the first time the other day and they are the best thing since sliced bread. Having an actual rubber boot (I got the dans frogger boot) is way comfier than any boot I’ve ever had from other hip waders. My mile walk in was a breeze. If you’ve ever owned a pair of much boots the froggers fit very similar to those. They are tough, don’t have to worry about them getting tore up on anything. Only gripe I can think of is they are loud when they rub together. However, if you’re walking through water, you know walking in quietly isn’t really an option, and once I got to my stand, I folded them down and buttoned them in, and solved that issue. If you’re looking for quality hip waders, look no further. Spend the extra money, Buy once, cry once. Have a pair that’ll last you years.

These are great, the fit is excellent, comfortable and seems to be pretty durable so far
