Briar proof chaps
My husband has had lots of problems over the years because we live in the woods and blackberry thorns and the like make him react. He used these yesterday and said they were awesome. No more scratches that react and itch for days. He also said they were made very well and should last him a lifetime. I would recommend these to anyone. Also, delivery was very prompt. Thank you.

Awesome product!
Works as advertised. Very tough, very durable. Exactly what you would expect from Dan's. Their sizing is spot on with the thigh. I did as advertised and added appropriately. However, I would be a bit more generous on the length. I wear a 32 length pant and got a 30 length chap. Mine are pretty long. Next time I would go with a 28" chap.

Exactly what I was looking for
THe chaps are of a very durable material and are lightweight. The zipper is of a very good quality. The belt fastener is a nylon plastic I believe and the same as my bird n light hunting vest so I have good confidence that this will be long lasting. I especially liked the fact that the thigh sizes are selectable since I have thighs that are on the thin side so was able to choose a 24" size that fits perfectly. The length is spot on. I would seriously buy these again and will be choosing other items from this company. They are resonable in price and very good to work with. I even got the chaps a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend them.

Brush Chaps
Chaps fit perfectly; sizing guidelines are right on. they resist water well and I would purchase again. My only complaint is the metal zippers. They have clogged with mud and wouldn't operate. I would prefer the plastic heavy duty zippers like the ones on top end duck jackets.

Awesome chaps!
I just purchased some acreage that is full of blackberry bushes, thorny vines, and locust and hedge apple tree saplings. I've been wearing the briarproof chaps while out clearing and working in the brambles. Before - my jeans were snagged and legs scratched and bleeding. Now - with the chaps - no worries! The thorns just glide off. Love them! Heavy duty zipper, nice clips over your belt. Made in USA. What's not to love?

just got them
Hard to say how good they are I just got them I wearthem every day for work and no complaints yet cant be worse than filson theres is more a hunting chap I wore through them in a year. But they are good at customer service. I wish the dans had metal clips instead of plastic. But nice heavy duty zippers. Dont buy chaps with snaps they dont last trust me.
